By accessing naknihsoftlabs.com or using any of NakNih Softlabs Pvt Ltd's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
All software development engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed between NakNih Softlabs Pvt Ltd and the client. These Terms of Service govern general use of our website and initial enquiries.
Enrollment: Enrollment in any training program is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee or deposit. Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Fee Policy: Course fees are non-refundable after the 7-day cooling-off period following enrollment. The ₹5,000 registration deposit is refundable if a student withdraws before the course start date.
Attendance: Students must maintain minimum 80% attendance to receive the completion certificate. Missed sessions can be compensated through recorded session access.
Placement Support: NakNih Softlabs provides placement assistance but does not guarantee job placement. Placement support is contingent on satisfactory course completion and active participation in the placement process.
All content on naknihsoftlabs.com — text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of NakNih Softlabs Pvt Ltd and protected by Indian copyright law. Course materials provided to students are for personal use only and may not be redistributed.
NakNih Softlabs Pvt Ltd's liability for any claim arising from these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client/student for the specific service in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Belagavi, Karnataka.
